One Real Estate Investment, a Miami-based company led by Jeronimo Hirschfeld, has grown its Houston apartment portfolio to nine properties totaling 2,386 units. New acquisitions consist of Airport Gardens, a 172-unit complex at 7700 W. Airport Blvd., and Airport Landing, a 240-unit complex at 12212 Fondren. Both were built in the early 1980s.

Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate, through its GP Invitation Fund I, has purchased the 229-unit Grand Mason apartments at 9900 S. Mason Road in Richmond. The property was built in 2015. Crescent acquired the 192-unit Riverbend apartments in League City last year.
Carroll Organization of Atlanta has acquired The Ava, a 321-unit 4-story mid-rise apartment community at 7600 Highmeadow Drive. The property has been rebranded as Arium Uptown West and is managed by Carroll Management Group. It opened in 2012.
Next Level Real Estate has purchased The Residences at Barbee Street at 2907 Barbee near Texas Southern University. River Oaks Equity Partners represented the seller, a local investor.
Reliable Wireline has leased 3,513 square feet at 2656 S. Loop. Zach Leger, Jacob Aldridge and Rani Jones of NAI Partners represented the landlord, Forbes Land Corp. Charles Fertitta Jr. of Colliers International represented the tenant.
Pure Beauty Farms has leased a 15,844-square-foot industrial building at 421 Blueberry Street. Nick Bergmann of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. Steven Hazel with InSite Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, Houston-Pine Forest M.
B.H. Shutters has leased 15,000 square feet of warehouse space at 2511 West Mount Houston Road. Kyle Fischer of Belvoir Real Estate Group represented the landlord, Everlighting.
Gateway Printing and Office Supply has leased 16,381 square feet at Northwest Industrial Center. Corbin Janssen with Colliers International represented the tenant. Matteson Hamilton and Jeremy Lumbreras with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Black Creek Group.
The Jenkins Organization has opened its 23rd managed self-storage facility in the Houston area. Magnolia Parkway Storage, at 18015 FM 1488 in Magnolia, has 293 units, boat/RV storage, and will be expanded.
Clayton Foundation has renewed a lease for 11,020 square feet at One Riverway. Ed Prejean and Diana Bridger of JLL represented the tenant. Marilyn Guion, Kristen Rabel and Parker Duffie with CBRE represented the landlord, Riverway Holdings, LP, South Post Oak.
Travel Marketing Services has leased 2,995 square feet and 3TM Transportation has leased 600 square feet at 6701 Highway Boulevard in Katy. Dani Allison of Office Solutions represented the landlord in both deals.
